Transformation of Noun

Only common noun can be singular or plural and It can only receive article in front of it.

1.    Proper Noun As Common Noun: There Are Some Rules Which Are Written Below,
Rule 1: Article + Proper Noun = Common noun
Article is used for identifying a stranger and making comparison between two person or thing.
Example: You are a Nazrul. Here Nazul is a common noun.

Nelson Mendela is the Abraham Linkon in his ideals.  Here Abraham Linkon is common noun.

Rule 2: Plural Proper noun = Common noun

There are three Mamuns in our class. Here Mamuns is a common noun.

2.    Abstract Noun As Common Noun: There Are Some Rules Which Are Written Below,
Rule 1: Article + Abstract Noun  = Common Noun

Example: He is a justice. Here justice is a common noun.
William Ewart Gladstone said that, “justice delayed is justice denied”. Here both justice are not common noun they will be abstract noun instead.

Rule 2: Plural + Abstract Noun = Common Noun

Example: He showed me kindnesses. Here kindness in an abstract noun but kindnesses is the plural form which will be common noun.

Rule 3: The + Abstract Noun + Of = Common Noun

Example: The love of mother can’t be compared with others. Here love is a common noun.

3.    Collective Noun As Common Noun: There Are Some Rules Which Is Described Below,
Rule 1: Plural Collective Noun = Common Noun

Example: There are many teams in the field. Here teams is used as common noun.
Peoples are coming here one by one. Here peoples are common noun.

There are three classes in our school. Here classes are common noun.

Rule 2: Cardinal Number + Collective Noun = Common Noun

Example: There are twenty public in road. Here public is common noun.

4.    Material Noun as Common Noun: There Are Some Rules Which Is Written Below,

Rule 1: Article + Material Noun = Common Noun

Example: It is a gold plated watch. Here gold is common noun.

Rule 2: Plural Material Noun = Common Noun

Example: Thre are many irons on the box. Here irons are common noun.

Rule 3: The + Material Noun + Of = Common Noun

Example: The gold of Africa is pure. Here gold is common noun.

5.    Common as Abstract: there are some rules which is written below,

Rule 1: The + Common Noun + in = Abstract noun

Example: The mother in her pleased me. Here, mother is an abstract noun.
